Passeroo is a pass management platform that lets teams issue, update and track digital passes across Apple Wallet and Google Wallet from one secure workspace.

How does pricing work?

Plans are based on active passes and customer notifications. Start free with up to 1,000 passes and 500 notifications per month, upgrade to Growth at $299/mo for up to 25,000 passes with geofencing and location triggers or contact us for enterprise pricing.

How do customers get their pass?

You share a link via email, SMS, QR code or your website. The customer taps it, previews the pass and adds it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in one step. No app download, no account creation.

Do passes work offline?

Yes. Once added to a wallet, passes are stored on the device and display without an internet connection. QR and barcode scanning works offline too. The pass updates the next time the phone connects.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

You won't lose access. Additional notifications beyond your monthly limit are charged at $0.01 AUD each. We'll notify you before overage billing begins so there are no surprises.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No. Starter is free forever, and Growth is month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Enterprise plans are typically annual but we're flexible. You can export your data at any time.

Which wallet platforms do you support?

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, both supported natively through a single API.

How is customer data handled?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We process data in Australian data centres, comply with the Australian Privacy Act and support GDPR requirements for international customers.
